You can make face pack from the fruits that lighten, or whiten your skin naturally. Apply the fruit face pack on your skin and leave it for 20-30 minutes, then wash with lukewarm water. Use the fruit face pack twice a week for first few weeks and then after once a week. You will have few tones lighter skin just in couple of weeks.

Here are the ways to make fruit face pack that lightens or whitens your skin naturally:


Mash papaya slices to make it a fine paste. Add one tablespoon of dairy cream, or yogurt, in one table spoon of papaya paste. Add 4-5 drops of lemon juice and mix well. Apply this papaya mask on your skin and leave it for 20-25 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water and pat dry.


You can make kiwi face pack by adding honey in kiwi paste. Kiwi face pack will lighten your skin just in few weeks. Alternatively, you can also eat this fruit regularly to lighten or whiten your skin.


You can make skin toner, skin lotion, or face pack from orange. In order to make skin toner, mix equal amount of honey and fresh orange juice, apply on your face, neck and hands and leave it overnight. Mash couple of orange slices and mix with cream yoghurt or milk cream. Apply this skin lotion for overnight and wash with water in the morning. Mix orange juice with orange peel, or lemon peel, add few drops of honey and apply this face pack and wash after 20 minutes.


Apple contains antioxidant substances as well as A, B, and C vitamins, which nourish and repair skin. Make a puree from apple, add honey, and apply on your skin. Apple face pack not only works on sun burn but also lightens or whitens your skin.


Blend few slices of cucumber, few drops of lemon juice, one table spoons of honey, and one table spoon of milk in blender. Add chickpea flour and mix well. Apply this paste on your skin for 15 minutes once a day.


Gently rub your skin with lemon slice. Lemon juice will lighten your skin. However, avoid contact with eyes.


You can make skin whitening lotion from almond. Grind one cup of almonds and two cups of fresh rose petals. When it becomes a fine paste, add two tablespoons of fresh mint juice and a table spoon of honey. Blend the mixture and make it fine cream. Apply this skin whitening lotion once a day. You can keep the mixture in refrigerator and use for a week.


Grind avocado and pineapple to make a fine paste, add honey and olive oil. Blend the mixture well. Use this lotion as skin cleanser.


Blend mango pieces in a blender. Add honey and milk, and mix it well. Apply on your skin and wash after 20-25 minutes.


Make strawberry puree by grinding strawberries on a food processer. Add two drops of honey, one drop of lemon juice and half tablespoon of milk on strawberry puree and mix it well. Apply this strawberry mask on your skin and wash after 20-30 minutes. While washing, gently massage your skin in circular motion.

Dark underarm can be a problem for some people. If you have dark underarm, you might be using different creams and lotions to lighten your underarm. If you are frustrated with no result, here are two home remedies that might help you.

Method #1


  • Chickpea flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt: 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder: ½ tablespoon


  • Pour the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well to make a paste.
  • Apply the mixture on your underarms evenly.
  • Leave it there for half an hour.
  • Wash off with water.

  • Raspberry extract


Mix licorice root, aspen and raspberry extracts and apply evenly on your underarm. Wash with water after 30 minutes.

Licorice root, aspen and raspberry have medicinal properties. When these herbs are mixed and applied on skin, pheomelanin compound is produced in the skin which helps to whiten your skin.
