    I have been meditating since 2008. I do guided meditations like panchakosha, yoga nidra, full moon meditation, niranjan dhyan etc. Sometimes I also do Sehaj Samadhi meditation where one meditates with the help of a secret mantra. Nowadays I mostly meditate on the holy names while chanting the Hare Krishna mahamantra.
